You’ve probably tried advice that helped for a few days, only to find yourself feeling anxious again the moment school got stressful. That’s not on you. Quick fixes and rushed appointments don’t always leave room to look at the whole picture or figure out how to make changes that last.
Intentional Resilience Coaching helps you understand what’s contributing to your stress (without judgment!). Maybe you’re pulling all-nighters to study, shutting down when your social calendar feels overwhelming, or constantly evaluating whether you’re doing enough and doing it well.
Together, we’ll work 1:1 to build a personalized plan with practical ways to navigate those moments and realistic habits that support your health, energy, and well-being.
That includes how you sleep, fuel your body, move, and recharge in ways that actually fit your life. Because an already-full schedule doesn’t need another impossible routine.
And between sessions, you’ll have ongoing, individualized support to work through challenges and adjust your plan as life happens. (Because life always does.)
Here’s what that looks like.

You know exactly what you "should" be doing, studying earlier, sleeping more, not scrolling at 1am, but somehow it never actually happens.
You're running on go, go, go between classes, activities, and social media, and you can't remember the last time you actually felt caught up.
Every time a new stressor hits, whether it's finals, a roommate situation, or just a bad week, you're right back to square one, like nothing you tried before actually stuck.
When the pressure builds, you freeze or shut down completely, because no one ever actually taught you what to do in that moment, not "just breathe," an actual plan.
You want to feel like you can handle what's in front of you, not like you're one bad day away from falling apart.
None of this means something is wrong with you. It means you haven't had the time, structure, or support to build habits that hold up under pressure, the kind school, sports, or social media never taught you. Intentional Resilience Coaching gives you a plan that starts with your actual life, not a formula, plus someone in your corner who personally understands and can support you as you put it into practice.
Not exactly. Most teens already know plenty about what would help. What's usually missing is a plan for putting it into practice that actually fits into their individual life, and that's exactly the part coaching is built for.
Not true. Anxiety and chronic stress show up in the body just as much as the mind, and a plan that only addresses one half of that isn't going to hold up.
Resilience is built, not inherited. It comes from real skills and structures that anyone can learn and practice.
Every teen carries different strengths, challenges, schedules, and goals, so the plan has to start with them, not a one-sized fits-all template.
Intentional Resilience Coaching meets you where you are and helps you build the habits,
skills, and confidence to handle stress and take care of yourself.
Hi, I’m Hannah, a Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Teen & Young Adult Health Coach.
Long before those titles, I was a teen navigating anxiety myself. Sometimes it was visible. Other times, I looked like I had it all together while quietly carrying stress, perfectionism, and self-doubt beneath the surface. That followed me into college and adulthood, too.
I know what it’s like to want to enjoy your life while your mind won’t give you a break. To wake up with a knot in your stomach, replay a conversation long after it’s over, or lie awake trying to figure out your future, your relationships, and who you are, all at once.
In my own experience, conversations often centered around medication or therapy, while everyday basics like sleep, routines, and how I was taking care of myself felt glossed over or left for me to figure out on my own. When medication or therapy wasn’t in place, I often felt lost, overwhelmed, and stuck in the same patterns without knowing what to do next.
For years, feeling constantly on edge was so familiar that I didn’t realize how much it affected my everyday life, my relationships, and how I saw and cared for myself.
My experience, along with years of caring for teens and families as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, taught me something important: knowing what might help isn’t always the same as knowing how to make it work in your life.
You can leave an appointment with helpful advice and still find yourself back in your dorm, looking at your schedule and wondering, “Okay, but where do I actually start?” or “What do I do when XYZ comes up?”
I often think about how much I would have valued someone in my corner during those years of figuring it all out. Someone to help me understand myself, my stress, and my health; build habits that fit my life; and navigate finals, friendships, and everything in between.
That’s why I created Intentional Resilience Coaching: to offer the kind of personalized, whole-person support I wish I’d had earlier. A space to figure out what works for you, practice it in real life, and feel supported along the way.
So you can feel calmer, more confident, and more grounded, and enjoy the life you’re living and building.
